With Christmas fast approaching, many of us are looking at ways to make Christmas more affordable. Here are some easy ways you can make money from home by Emma at EmmaDrew.info #MakeMoney #EarnMoney #MakeMoneyFromHome

Matched betting

Matched betting is my number one side hustle, and I made £12,000 in my first 12 months of matched betting completely tax free (£3,000 of which came in my first two months). Matched betting is a way to make some serious guaranteed profit by utilising the free bet offers that bookmakers offer. It might sound difficult to get your head around, however you can take up a matched betting free trial and see if it is for you.

If you need some extra support then I have a matched betting Facebook group that you can join.

I have now been matched betting for over 3 years and I am still earning money from it.

Estimated earnings: £500-£2,000 per month.

Online surveys

Answering online surveys is one of the easiest ways to make cash and earn gift vouchers for Christmas. You can easily complete surveys whilst you're watching tv or even on your commute! My favourite websites are Prolific Academic, Mint Vine and One Poll and be sure to check out my top 10 survey websites.

Estimated earnings: £10-£60 per month.

OhMyDosh

If you enjoy getting paid for completing online offers then OhMyDosh is for you.

Get paid for completing surveys, taking out trials, entering competitions and so much more.

Estimated earnings: £50+ depending on the offers you complete and how many friends you refer.

Declutter and make some extra cash

Decluttering before Christmas is wonderful for a few reasons. It gives you the chance to free up space in your home, making way for Christmas visitors and any new presents you might receive. However it can also help you to make some extra money. Check out how to make money from decluttering for hints and tips.

Want to save your decluttering for the new year? Queen of Clean has lots of ideas for you!

Estimated earnings: £50+ depending on what you have to sell.

Mystery shopping

Getting paid to shop or eat at a restaurant is my definition of living the dream, and it is why I enjoy mystery shopping so much. In the run up to Christmas, mystery shopping is especially useful because you can use the reimbursement given towards purchasing items for Christmas, whether it be gifts, food or anything else. I love mystery shopping with Red Wigwam and Market Force.

Estimated earnings: From £20 per month plus reimbursements.

Free daily draws

Is there anything better than free money? There are a few free daily draw websites where you can earn money for uploading your selfie or even for your number plate! Simply register for free and check the websites daily to see if you have won.

Estimated earnings: Prizes start at £10.

Earn money from your social media accounts

Whether it is tweeting along with the Great British Bake Off or sharing photos on Instagram, many of us have social media accounts that we can use to make lots of extra money. Click here to read more about making money from your social media accounts, as well as the companies I use.

Estimated earnings: dependant on your social media following.
