Have you ever wondered how to make money from your smartphone? There are tons of money-making and money saving apps out there, but where to start? One of the best times to make money using a money app is when you are already out and about, perhaps on a train or waiting for a bus- spare time that would perhaps otherwise be wasted.
That’s where BeMyEye comes in, it’s essentially a mystery shopping money app that shows you available jobs in your area – once you’ve signed up to a job, you can complete it then and there!
BeMyEye calls each job a “mission,” and most missions are to take photos in stores, collect information in the stores and answer some questions about your experience. Once you have booked a mission with the app, you must complete it in an allotted timeframe. The BeMyEye team will then approve the information you have sent through, and rewards will be credited to your wallet. You can transfer the reward into your bank account or PayPal to redeem the cash. BeMyEye is free to download from the App Store, there is no purchase required after installation, and no need to build up credits in exchange for payment- you simply get paid in cash.
Missions pay fairly well, at the time of writing, the app is showing me a “mission” to go to Costa Coffee nearby, order a coffee via the costa coffee app, and answer some questions about my experience. BeMyEye would pay out £5.00 for this mission, plus £2.90 for the cost of the coffee. That’s pretty generous for a mission that only takes 10 minutes! Mission tasks can vary from checking the presence of products and promotions in a store, to playing the role of a mystery shopper by talking with the store staff, or even taking a survey or quiz from the comfort of your own home.
New missions are published on the money app every day, and you have the chance to work with big brands such as Coca Cola, Nestle and Heineken, to name a few. You can book missions by looking at the in-app map, or simply view a list of available jobs which are shown in order of nearest to furthest from your location. The more missions you complete, the more experience points you accumulate- which means the higher your level, the more opportunities will appear on the app.
Next time you’re out shopping, why not give it a try? After all, who can argue with being paid cold hard cash for shopping?
